Our Digital Acceleration Team is looking for an experienced Digital Analytics & Omnichannel Specialist that will contribute to the company's digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to define, implement, and supervise the analytical layer of new digital channels as pillars of Amgen's digital presence in Iberia across all franchises.
What you will doThe key responsibilities of the position are:
Accelerate digital & omnichannel transformation activities in line with infrastructure challenges (Website, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Omnichannel dashboards, CRM, and Veeva environment).Identify and continuously gather internal customer needs to understand customer behavior, improve their experience, and optimize the performance of omnichannel campaigns.Analyze and measure the efficiency of digital campaigns, proposing optimizations to meet Omnichannel challenges.Liaise with local & global technical teams (Data, CRM, DTI, SFE locally / with Global) to meet tool optimization objectives.Generate customer insights and implement value-added processes and governance to facilitate transformation.In partnership with the digital acceleration project manager, provide expertise to the brand teams to help them develop and implement a data-driven omnichannel strategy based on the needs of healthcare professionals and customers.Understand complex data structures and apply analytical methods to generate insights and operational recommendations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes around customer and omnichannel data in partnership with data.Act as a change agent around data analysis and omnichannel performance management.Lead campaign reporting for Spain; create & distribute customer analytics dashboards summarizing customer acquisition, conversion & engagement metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate AI solutions: Work closely with the digital, technical, and brand teams to explore AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency and transform customer interactions.Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (head office and field).Train them to promote acculturation on Omnichannel-related subjects.Share best practices between teams.Evolve healthcare professional segmentation and customer knowledge to refine the personalization approach.Define performance measurement indicators to monitor campaigns and ensure follow-up. Qualifications and required experience:University degree or higher education qualification(s) preferably in marketing, business studies, digital marketing, or a technology/media related discipline.Experience (around 4-6 years) in Digital Marketing Analyst/Omnichannel Project Manager or similar positions.Core competenciesPrevious experience in data integration and analytics.Knowledge in analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Google Spread Sheets, CRM (Veeva), and Tableau.Familiarity with CRM, advanced data analytics, and visualization tools, such as Veeva, Tableau, or Google Analytics.Measuring & reporting on campaign analytics & KPIs.Modern analytical web, social listening, and business intelligence principles.Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI models (e.g., GPT, Copilot).Ability and attitudeLogical and analytical thinking: ability to approach problems analytically, to break down complex issues.Curiosity, proactive in seeking solutions, action-oriented, and consensus-building.Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, locally and globally.Service Vocational.Scientific rigor.Ability to adapt and learn continuously.Communication and presentation skills (fluent in English).Prioritization and organization skills.Enthusiasm, motivation, and sense of autonomy.Resilience.Ability to teach and explain.Ethics and integrity.
