4+ years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding of user needs.
Proven ability to communicate with business stakeholders and development team.
2+ years of experience in project management utilizing agile management tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar solutions.
2+ years of experience in various reporting, analytics, or data management projects.
Experience with a leading BI tool (e.g.
Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management (Minimum demonstrated B2).
