Digital Analyst Roles & Responsibilities:
Your role here will need to take this into account when covering each block of responsibility:
Digital Office control: Lead Digital Office Budget process (from preparation to approval and execution) for both, Digital Transformation and IT's OpEx and CapExLead & Coordinate the external Administration team that manages the day-to-day budget executionSupport Chief Digital Officer in preparing analysis to support the priorization of digital investments and expenses, coordinate Digital Strategy Roadmap execution, and recommendations to managementCollaborate with the Business Teams to understand performance of new projects to take better investment decisionsManagement of Digital / IT new projects pipeline: Lead the coordination of new Digital and IT projects in PQR collaborating with requesters (business counterparts), decisions makers (management), and executors (IT Teams)Ensure requests are received, documented, and presented to Management for priorizationCoordinate the monitoring of the execution of initiatives and report to management on a monthly basis on status and impactGenAI Processes Automation (assessment, processes implementation & change management): Support on leading the in-house initiative to identify processes to be automatedUnderstand the current state of automation tools that PQR already has available, as well as market offer, to assess feasibility of the opportunitiesConduct analysis of business processes and systems to prepare detailed functional use casesDefine technical plan to execute automations and monitor them in day-to-day operationsEncourage the adoption of new automated processes within the organization and directly support the teams as a business partnerProvide thought leadership, knowledge, and understanding of processes, challenge the status quo, promote best practices, and arbitrate decisionsImplement continuous improvement mindset in digital office teams, capture and share successful practices, and contribute to a higher level of business, process, and capability maturity within the teamsEducation:
University degree (by priority): Engineering, other STEM fields, Business and/or Economics.
Experience:
1-3 years' working experience in strategy/business/tech consulting, high-performing tech environments, or large Corporates in digital or transformation areas.
Proven experience of delivering change through tech or digital transformation projects or day-to-day operations within dynamic organizations.
Languages: Spanish: FluentComputer Skills: Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Gen AI tech stack (highly valued)Automation tools (Power Automate, highly valued)Others: Analytical mindset and modelling skillsExcellent communications and presentations skillsLeadership and being comfortable working with limited supervisionHigh level of initiative and decision-making skillsCommon/business senseDo not miss the chance to spark your career now!
