The Role: We seek a Junior Digital Analyst to develop and maintain analytical dashboards, optimize campaign measurements, and ensure accurate channel attribution. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital analytics and a knack for process improvement and data integration.
Key responsibilities: Creation and Maintenance of Dashboards and Analytical Tools: Develop and maintain dashboards using various information sources (email marketing, paid media, social media, web)Integrate and use analytical tools (Hotjar, Mouseflow) for funnel analysis and trackingPropose applications and technologies to improve analysis processesMeasurement and Optimization of Campaigns: Implement and maintain data layers and tags via GTM or other toolsConfigure A/B and multivariate tests (Crazy Egg or other tools) and control UTMsCreate alerts to monitor strategic KPIs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of dashboards for optimizationsReports and Channel Attribution: Ensure accurate measurement from primary traffic acquisition channelsControl UTMsDefine and standardize attribution across different channelsAssist in the creation of monthly and annual qualitative reportsWho you are: 1 year of experience in a digital field is requiredEducation: Academic background or professional experience in digital analytics and dashboard creationTechnical Skills: Intermediate/advanced knowledge in digital analytics and tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, or similarIntermediate/advanced knowledge in data integration tools and dashboard creation such as LookerStudio, Tableau, PowerBI, Supermetrics, or similarOther Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spokenStrong communication skills and the ability to convey vision to various audiencesOrganized, able to work according to briefings, with agility and under deadlinesKnowledge of programming languages like Python and process automation tools like IFTTT are desirable.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application developmentExperience in eCommerce environmentsBackground in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plusWhat we offer to you: Permanent contract.Flex schedule and Hybrid work (3 days at the office 2 of home office)Gift AIRE experience on your birthday!30% discount on all our services.Employee discount for private health insurance.Team Spirit is our big asset!
