[[extTitle]] Outcome and Purpose: The main outcome of the ESAD role is to plan, execute, and gather information for direct demand generation to Farmers, influencing tactical and strategic decisions for farmers and impacting sales to secure outstanding sell-out in coordination with Sales Rep and distribution.
Key tasks and responsabilities: -Plan and execute direct demand generation activities for Iberian Farmers.
-Influence tactical and strategic decisions for farmers based on recovered information.
-Apply the Growth Plan design using a strong database and close interaction with farmers to understand their needs.
-Impact sales by securing outstanding sell-out in coordination with Sales Rep and distribution.
-Planning, push and develop digitalization implementation in farmers.
-Know the entire portfolio in depth to make the best recommendations to the farmer.
-To be a reference in Farmer in order to give best solutions their needs.
-Work closely with the squad in the district to drive the demand generation strategy.
Accountability: The accountability of the Esad role would involve effectively planning and executing direct demand generation activities, influencing tactical and strategic decisions for farmers, applying the Growth Plan design to understand farmer needs, impacting sales by securing outstanding sell-out, Deep knowledge entire portfolio and collaborating with the district squad to drive the demand generation and sales strategy in alignment with the overall objectives of the Customer Facing Squad.
