As part of your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the refinement and continuous improvement of our app, working together with real users of the network to understand their needs and expectations.
You will also work in an international environment, alongside other countries and the Salesforce team.Your main responsabilitiesInside the Digital Agency department and reporting to the Head of the department, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in the design of the Salesforce Agent app, working alongside our international team and other countries involved in the project.As part of your role, you will be responsible for organizing focus groups and testing sessions with end-users of the application, allowing you to identify their needs and ensure that the functionalities meet their expectationsParticipation in refinements and harmonizations with the local and international Salesforce team and alongside the other countries participating in the projectProcess definition and tool improvements within the network, identifying processes with potential for improvement and proposing solutions.You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Salesforce Agent app by conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all functionalities prior to their official production deployment.As part of your role, you will work closely with the Salesforce squads to develop requirements for new functionalities and track their progress, ensuring that the network's tools and processes are always up-to-date and at their bestOrganization of focus groups and functionality testing sessions with end-users of the application (agency network).
Your role will be to identify their needs before starting to refine the functionalities, and subsequent testing of the functionality with the objective of validating that what has been built is what they expectMonitoring and analyzing the use and adoption of Salesforce within our sales network,and using those insights to develop a comprehensive adoption plan that will ensure that our agents are getting the most out of this powerful tool.Candidate profile:Graduated in ADE, Marketing, Publicidad or similar1 - 3 years of experience in similar positionExperience with CRM (Salesforce)At least C1 level of English (an oral and written test will be carried out).Working experience in digital marketing.Working experience with sales channelUX experience is a plus.Required Competencies:Excellent communication skillsGood negotiation skillsPositive work ethic with a willingness to engage with and love our brand.Good project management skills.Good relationship management skills and a good team player.Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.Commercial awareness.Strong problem-solving skillsConfident, passionate and enthusiastic attitude.We are looking for a curious, creative individual who is up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
