Our sister brand, Fairway Wealth Partners, specialises in matching Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) with high-net-worth clients.We are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and results for our clients, and we are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Acquisition Manager to lead and execute all digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and drive growth across our brands.Role OverviewAs the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be based in our Málaga city office and take full ownership of our digital marketing and lead generation efforts.
You will utilise our existing data, develop multi-channel digital campaigns, and execute email marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert new clients.
This is a hands-on role where you will strategise, execute, and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Execute Strategy: Formulate and manage comprehensive digital acquisition strategies for corporate golf memberships, advertising, event bookings, and financial advisory services.Data Utilisation and Management: Segment and manage our existing database to personalise and optimise marketing campaigns.
Leverage customer data to develop targeted email marketing strategies and improve overall lead quality.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR standards.Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns for different segments of our audience.
Implement automation workflows and nurture sequences to drive engagement and conversions.
Analyse open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to refine email strategies.Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and display networks.Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads for all business units, ensuring campaigns are targeted and results-driven.SEO and SEM Management: Enhance organic and paid search visibility through keyword optimisation, content strategies, and PPC campaigns.Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports with actionable insights on conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and ROI.A/B Testing and Optimisation: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to identify what drives the best results and refine strategies accordingly
