HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER: The Digital Accounts Marketing Manager is responsible for helping build a pipeline of qualified digital sales and brand-building opportunities through spot-on marketing activations. You will oversee the negotiation of marketing plans and execute key marketing initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion on our digital accounts. These initiatives should enhance market share growth and secure profitability in alignment with established objectives. Next to this, you will analyze international markets and come up with new marketing strategies to help G-STAR grow digitally. You will be based in our office in Amsterdam, part of the digital marketing team, and you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to unlock our digital growth ambitions and grab the full potential with our key digital wholesale and marketplace partners. Our main digital accounts and partners are, but not limited to, Zalando, Amazon, and About You. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement brand and performance marketing strategies and campaigns for digital accounts to drive growth and optimize sales performance. Translate global marketing strategies into actionable digital account initiatives to increase sales and meet business goals. Collaborate with our partners to create impactful media plans and marketing campaigns with customer-centric native content. These plans are all developed based on best practices and include expected KPIs derived from benchmarks. Coordinate marketing and strategic meetings with our digital accounts. Support sales teams during sell-in seasons by presenting brand marketing strategies and assisting with go-to-market (GTM) seasonal presentations. Work closely with sales, data, and marketing teams to ensure digital accounts fully leverage available marketing support. Oversee the content strategy and calendar for each account, including influencer campaigns and consumer insights. Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns for key accounts to boost engagement and conversions. Lead the reporting and analysis of all campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization. Analyze the digital market business and monitor the marketing and sales strategy through current and historical trends in key performance indicators
