As a Digital Account Executive serving the Norwegian Market, you will facilitate Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey. This role is flexible, allowing you to work up to 50% or up to 100% from home.

Requirements
Fluency at a professional level in Norwegian and English is essential. The following qualifications are required:
Experience in sales and negotiation with year-over-year growth
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field AND experience in sales and negotiation or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth
Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND experience in sales and negotiation or related work
Equivalent experience
Additional Responsibilities
You will:
Determine the priority for each account in the portfolio.
Identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization.
Help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments.
Collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and qualify opportunities and pursue them through the lifecycle.
Drive adoption through cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities.
Stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and internal teams.
Develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise.
Develop relationships across an extended team and embrace partners to scale business ensuring sales consumption and adoption goals on target.
