We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to work in Madrid!

Sector Alarm is a fast-growing international company, and one of Europe's leading safety providers with more than 3,000 employees and 600,000 customers. To support our continuous growth and expansion, we need to strengthen our team with a Paid Media Specialist. This position will be based in Madrid , reporting to the Head of Media Buying.

This person will work as an Account Manager in our in-house media buying team, activating, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns for the Irish, Italian, Finnish, and Portuguese markets. The main goal would be to generate the target volume of quality sales leads while continuously optimizing the ROI on media spend. Are you up for the challenge?

Job Responsibilities

Manage Paid Search & Social Campaigns: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms (primarily lead generation but also brand awareness, consideration).

Strategy Development: Collaborate with local markets to craft and implement effective media strategies. Produce and deliver a local strategic roadmap and AB testing framework for acquisition with support from the Head of Media.

Support with forecasting and budgeting processes for biddable channels.

Produce regular spend simulations with marginal CPL to inform budgeting decisions.

Internal client management: Lead discussions with the markets, providing insights and innovative solutions to enhance results.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage junior team members with guidance from the Head of Media. Provide training and QA for junior resources, offering constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate has:

4 years of experience performing similar tasks in other marketing agencies or clients, with hands-on experience in both Paid Search and Paid Social.

C1/C2 level of English, both spoken and written.

Proficiency in Excel.

Experience managing a monthly budget of at least €30,000.

Degree in a related area.

Additionally, it will give you an advantage if you have:

Fluency in Italian and/or Finnish.

Experience in lead generation and lead generation format (lead gen form).

Experience in other formats and platforms than Paid Search and Social.
