This role can be based in our shared office in Gijon, Asturias, with the option of a hybrid work pattern, or it can be fully remote within the Barcelona region.
As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts, leading digital marketing campaigns, and driving measurable results across various paid media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client(s), serving as their primary point of contact for strategic planning and day-to-day communications.Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals to develop and execute effective paid media strategies, particularly in paid search and social.Ensure all campaigns align with the clients' overall marketing strategy and contribute to their long-term success.Campaign Leadership and Optimisation:Lead the end-to-end implementation of paid search and paid social campaigns, including strategic planning, campaign setup, ad creation, keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and bid management.Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities to optimise and enhance results based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS.Drive continuous campaign improvement through testing and exploring new strategies, creative, and audience targeting options.Performance Reporting and Analysis:Provide clients with regular performance reports, including in-depth analysis and actionable insights.Collaborate with wider team to gain deeper insights into data trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Strategic Communication and Presentations:Lead regular client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, future strategies, and address any concerns or questions.Communicate complex digital marketing concepts and campaign results clearly and effectively, ensuring client understanding and satisfaction.Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by presenting value-added services and solutions that drive business growth.Collaboration and Team Support:Work closely as a cross-functional team, to include creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital marketing campaigns.Contribute to the development of client proposals, marketing strategies, and campaign briefs, leveraging your expertise in paid search and paid social.Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (science, computing, accounting, or media also considered).5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid search and paid social campaigns.Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads, with a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to drive innovation and growth in digital marketing.Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) is essential.Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as Email marketing, SEO, and content marketing is advantageous.The Important Bits:Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience.Holiday: 25 Days/year.Hybrid Working: Option for hybrid working in Gijon (3 days in the office, 2 remote) or fully remote from the Barcelona region.Culture: Work with nice people and great clients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
