Job Description
We're looking for a driven Digital Account Director, or highly experienced Senior Account Manager / Senior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.
How you'd spend your day: Develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contactOwn your assigned projects and campaigns, keeping clients informed of account direction and maintaining forward momentum on different projectsDetermine how best the client's brief can be met with consultation of the wider team as requiredEncourage creative colleagues to develop best-in-class work in line with required strategic directionEffectively present agency work/proposals to clients and support other team members and agency colleaguesAttend regular client status meetings and review both status and contact reportsActively manage and take responsibility for campaign financesQualificationsWhat we're looking for: Experience as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager with at least x years agency experience in managing digital projects (mandatory)Up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including content marketing, web development, social media, email marketing etcPrevious experience with B2B engagement programs.Experience of managing financials across multiple projectsNatural leader with effective management and delegation skillsHighly effective written and verbal communication skillsPro-active and organized, with particular attention to detailExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsConfident and self-motivatedMaturity in relating and interacting with people at all levelsWe think you're awesome if you: Have a good level of English (C1 or more).Have worked with International clients.Management of multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic, flexible and proactiveOpen to new ideas and changeAdditional InformationWhy join us?
