Digital Accessibility Specialist (Ergonomics & Usability)Specialist Ergonomics & Usability (m/f/d) in department Global Operation Management. The task of the Competence Centre Ergonomics & Usability is to inspect compliance with software ergonomics standards (e.g. WCAG, DIN EN ISO 9241) as well as Allianz-specific quality goals.
You will:
Carry out software-ergonomic, accessibility and usability tests of applications.Consult and support projects and development teams regarding ergonomics, accessibility, and usability.Execute/support user- and expert-centered evaluation methods.Execute/support training/information events.Minimum Requirements: Completed studies in computer science with a focus on software ergonomics, user interface design, or a similar qualification (e.g. digital media-oriented university studies or work as usability engineer or in front-end development).Practical experience in the field of digital accessibility or inclusive design.Experience in the process steps of usability engineering, usability/UX methods (e.g., quality-based tests like expert reviews, observation of users, usability tests, and design guidelines for user interfaces).High quality awareness.Independent, structured, and target-oriented working method.Confident appearance and good expressiveness and communication skills.Good knowledge of the English language.We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
