Join us in shaping our future – and yours.What you will do Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to a Brand Manager, you will help to manage the portfolio and communication strategy for a group of Self Care brands across the Southern Europe Cluster (Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Balkans, Israel).Key Responsibilities Deploy integrated marketing communication origination and activation projects for the group of products or brands across the cluster.Work in close partnership with the country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams to assure flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of products or brands across the cluster.Track by cluster/market KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV.Media campaign tracking.Understand consumer research data and translate it into concrete action plans.Demonstrate excitement, passion, and curiosity for our brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims.What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field.Master's specialization would be a plus.Previous experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing would be highly advantageous.English proficiency is mandatory.
