Join us in shaping our future – and yours.What you will doWorking within the Marketing Team, and reporting to a Brand Manager, you will help to manage the portfolio and communication strategy for a group of Self Care brands across the Southern Europe Cluster (Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Balkans, Israel).Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy integrated marketing communication origination and activation projects for the group of products or brands across the cluster; Work in close partnership with the country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams in order to assure flawless execution on key initiatives for the group of products or brands across the cluster; Tracking by cluster/market of KPIs – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV; Media campaign tracking; Understand consumer research data being able to bring it down to concrete action plans; Demonstrates an excitement, passion and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition and impactful claims.What we are looking forBachelor's degree graduate in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, ... Master specialization would be a plus; Previous experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing would be highly advantageous; English proficiency is mandatory.
