What You Will Do Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to a Brand Manager, you will help manage the portfolio and communication strategy for a group of Self Care brands across the Southern Europe Cluster (Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Balkans, Israel).
Key Responsibilities Deploy integrated marketing communication origination and activation projects for the group of products or brands across the cluster; Work in close partnership with the country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams to assure flawless execution on key initiatives; Track KPIs by cluster/market – NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV; Media campaign tracking; Understand consumer research data and translate it into concrete action plans; Demonstrate excitement, passion, and curiosity for our Brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field; Master's specialization would be a plus; Previous experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing is highly advantageous; English proficiency is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, and Greek are a plus; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Strong business, financial, and digital acumen; Consumer and customer focus; Sharp analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence them; Proactive and creates a sense of urgency to meet objectives; Basic project management skills; Sensitive to creativity.
