Die Casting Technical Engineer

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Substantial experience in die casting operations is essential.
2-5 years of experience in die casting or a similar role within the die casting industry (may consider applicants with knowledge in plastic injection).
Understanding of material properties relevant to die casting molds, including steels, aluminum, and coatings.
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to die casting molds during production.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address mold-related challenges and optimize processes.
Effective communication skills to convey technical information to the team.
Ability to manage mold development projects, including timelines and resources.
Ability to oversee mold operation and personnel performance.
Responsible for mold process improvement and support operations related to activities affecting production.
Die Casting Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the die casting process, including materials, equipment, and operational considerations.
Knowledge of various types of die casting machines and their applications.

Mold Design and Development:

Proficient in Mold Design and Development for die casting applications.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment related to mold manufacturing and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
