An excellent opportunity for an experienced oncology clinical research coordinator (CRC) looking for a part-time freelance position with some on-site and some remote work. The CRC will support the Principal Investigator ("PI") and research team with implementing an industry-sponsored Phase 2 Oncology study.
Location: Zaragoza and remote. Note this is a hybrid position. Some tasks can be performed remotely, such as communications and data entry (the CRC will have remote access to the electronic medical records). Some tasks require on-site - estimate 1 day per week on-site.

POSITION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate and work with site study personnel to ensure all study procedures are completed according to the protocol requirements and timelines.Coordinate and support communication between site and CRA.Maintenance of Investigator Site File.Collection of study documents and required signatures, including but not limited to CV, GCP.Data entry from source documents to Electronic Data Capture Forms (EDC).Review and QA data entry.Responds to and resolves data queries.Potentially contact with the patient regarding scheduling and rescheduling Principal Investigator (PI) visits (note the PI and Sub-Investigator complete all visits).Communicates with PI to ensure review of data and patient labs on a timely basis.Other duties as assigned by PI.EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTSMinimum two years previous industry-sponsored clinical research experience as an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator.CRC certification (preferred).Speaks and writes Spanish at the "Professional Level" or higher.Speaks and writes English at the "Professional Level" or higher.For applicants that are not Spanish citizens - appropriate visas must be in place before interviewing for the position (no sponsorship is available).Currently lives near the site in Zaragoza and able to reliably commute to the site.ONBOARDINGComplete protocol, Investigational Product, CRF and required site-specific SOP training.Evidence of being fully vaccinated for the following: COVID 19 Vaccine.Certificate of completion for GCP/ICH Training.START DATE: ASAP
