This position main responsibility is overseeing the definition, planning, execution, and delivery automation solutions ensuring Grifols quality standards.What your responsibilities will beLead the full project lifecycle, from initial definition, design and planning to installation, commissioning, and handover.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, sales, vendors, R&D, marketing, etc, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, optimizing efficiency and minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Define equipment, and services necessary for project implementation, managing stakeholders' relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and proactively identify and address issues or delays to keep projects on track and within scope.Ensure adherence to Grifols' quality standards and safety protocols throughout all project activities.Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
