The Territory Manager is responsible for defining, planning and delivering activities and projects that will support the customer decision making process to ultimately boost sales. In this role, you will be able to develop a strong commercial knowledge, as well as networking opportunities, a deep understanding of clinical departments and of the diagnostic market. This position is part of the Iberia Sales team and will be working Remote. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage and grow Cepheid business to achieve and exceed sales targets, working closely with internal resources to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies.Develop demand for, and adoption of, new assays and instrumentation.You will be responsible for all communications between the customer and Cepheid personnel and for ensuring that new product implementations go smoothly.Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential new customers.Deliver presentations and proposals. Host and assist with trade shows.Manage contract compliance, Sales Funnel and customer data through CRM (SFDC).The essential requirements of the job include:
Master's degree in Science - Biology/Pharmacy/Microbiology.At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in MedTech or Pharma industry.Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to successfully perform in a competitive market.Fluent in English.Travelling across the region throughout the week.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
