How will you contribute to our mission?
We are looking for a Performance Marketing expert with more than 5 years of experience to help us grow x5 over the next year through a mix of managing and launching campaigns in various markets, categories, and marketing channels.
You would work closely with team leads and our Head of Marketing to drive a significant amount of growth through B2B channels: Social Media ADS (LinkedIn and Facebook, Youtube), PPC (Bing and Google Ads), software portals, affiliate marketing, and native advertising.

Your main responsibilities are: Managing the paid channel strategy and integrating it with organic social media together driving growth of paid social channels and development, by continuously looking for opportunities to optimize the CPA with a data-driven approach.
Analyze data from all paid and organic sources, identifying audiences, bid strategies and optimizing marketing campaign performance in order to generate growth.
Plan A/B and multivariate creative tests, bidding, targeting, and test strategies to improve performance.
Implement a best-in-class account structure and continue to drive down social CPA's across acquisition and retargeting.
Own the paid social buyer persona lifecycle across awareness, engagement, acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Lead social innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, identifying and testing new platforms, digital channels, tech and audiences to drive our social offering forward using a clear test-and-learn agenda.
To be successful at this position, we think you should have: Excellent English in both written and spoken form; German or Spanish is a plus.
5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience managing yearly budgets of a minimum of EUR 500k across different countries and regions.
Proven experience running international campaigns for Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and native advertisement.
Advanced skills in extracting data from paid platforms and preparing actionable reports.
Mastering Excel and Google Data Studio is key to success in this role.
Nice to have skills in Supermetrics.
Previous experience scaling up campaigns and managing, reducing and optimizing budgets.
You are passionate about generating content with a growth hacking approach.
Experience in running A/B testing campaigns.
