Turner Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Automotive, Data Center, and Pharma sectors globally.Due to our continued successes and expansion of our Spanish business, we currently have opportunities on major Industrial projects and want to talk with Project Controls Professionals with proven experience of delivery in these sectors to join our team.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain resource-loaded schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Lead dynamic planning sessions and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to create and implement schedules and identify risks.Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Undertake what-if/scenario analysis on schedules.Prepare and update cash flow projections regularly.Provide forecasts for project completion, manhours, and resources to optimize cost forecasting.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.QualificationsPossess an engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel.Fluent in both Spanish and English.Competent in Earned Value Management (EVM).Strong understanding of WBS and CBS with the ability to implement effective cost management.Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities.Have a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
