If you are excellent at business development and have a proven track record working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners, this could be your role.
In this role, you will recruit top talent for local and national South African clients.
This position offers substantial earning potential and the autonomy to build your own portfolio and book of business.
We are looking for Recruiters who consistently bill more than R250 000 per month.
Please don't apply if you are not billing R250 000 to R500 000 per month in perm fees.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, and place candidates in permanent and contract roles.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
Business Development: Drive new business by engaging with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners.
Leverage existing relationships to generate new leads and expand our service offerings.
Tech-Savvy Systems Management: Manage your business development and recruitment processes with excellent administration of our systems.
Maintain smooth operational processes using our tech stack.
Continuous Learning: Benefit from ongoing training to enhance your recruitment, sales, and customer service skills.
Requirements: Demonstrable success in managing full-cycle business development recruitment processes.
Experience working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners.
Tech-savvy and able to work with multiple digital platforms.
Open to continuous learning.
Self-driven, excellent at closing deals, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Minimum 5 years Business Development experience, with a solid base and a good name in the industry.
