About YEGO Today, Urban mobility is one of the most dynamic and strategic sectors, as our cities continue to grow, air and noise pollution levels soar and public space shrinks. Responses to these challenges are therefore increasingly urgent and complex.
The main challenge is to propose efficient alternatives to the private car while at the same time providing innovative solutions aimed at protecting public space so that everyone can find their place and enjoy it in complete safety. YEGO was born in 2016, when shared mobility as a light vehicle was still in an experimental phase, with the mission to facilitate and rethink access to ecological and responsible micro-mobility, in harmony with cities and their inhabitants, offering an ecological and elegant shared motorbike service for everyone.
In 6 years we have already converted more than 10 million daily journeys into unique experiences in 7 European cities and metropolitan areas in Spain and France: Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Malaga, Bordeaux, Paris, Toulouse, and in a few weeks Nice. With a strategy of progressive development, constant and controlled growth and a solid economic and financial model, our company is today one of the most experienced in the European market. Since 2022, YEGO has been officially recognised in France as a "société à mission", i.e. a company with a purpose. Mission Manage and optimize the infrastructure and automate processes to ensure efficient deployment of systems and maintain a high level of service availability.
Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications in high-availability context Set up and monitor dashboards, analyze problems and implement solutions to ensure optimum availability and performance. Optimize data backup and restoration processes. Apply good security practices against internal or external threats and carry out regular audits to ensure compliance. Design, develop and implement automation tools and processes to optimize systems development, testing and deployment operations. Hands-on experience in analyzing and improving the efficiency, scalability of data collection, storage, and retrieval processes Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering and DevOps to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Maintain detailed documentation of data engineering processes, infrastructures, and troubleshooting Required Qualifications Experience with orchestration/containerisation via Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with microservices and distributed / scalable platforms Experience with data storage and processing technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, SQL databases, NoSQL databases) Experience in setting up Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment processes (GitLab or GitHub actions) Tech Stacks AWS EC2, RDS, EKS, Route 53, Lambda Docker and Kubernetes MySQL, Redis, Redshift, Athena, Meilisearch, Influx Grafana, Prometheus/CloudWatch Terraform, Packer, Ansible Perks The opportunity to participate in an innovative project, dedicated to changing mobility into a unique environmentally friendly experience.
