We are looking to meet our new Tech Lead who will be responsible for aligning the team on the design, architecture, and DevOps practices. AXA Partners Group is undergoing a major transformation to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and enhance customer experience through digitalization. He/She will be a point of reference to his/her Squad on DevOps matters and will ensure via metrics that the team delivers quality secured software increments in production as fast as possible in order to bring the most value to our customers. He/She will actively work on the continuous improvement of DevOps processes and practices to improve the time to market of AXA Partners solutions,
drive quality improvement through automation, and help to grow in SDLC Security maturity.
What does your day-to-day look like? Design and develop ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and other related technologiesWork with stakeholders to understand data needs and design ETL processes to meet those needsAnalyze, design, and optimize the ETL processes in terms of stability, infra costs, and security aspectsImplement processes with Azure DevOps StandardsActively ensure simplification occurs throughoutConduct Quality insurance report, manage and follow up consequent action plan.Your Profile Your skills and experience: 5+ years of hard coding experience in the DevOps areaExperience with Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, or other Azure data warehousing technologiesStrong understanding of ETL best practices and design patternsProficiency in Azure Data Factory and other related Azure technologiesExperience with SQL and data modelingExperience with data integration and data managementStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsEnglish is mandatoryAbout AXA AXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
