DevOps Engineer - Project Saphir (French Ministry of Justice)Project Saphir consists of a tool to supervise people placed under electronic surveillance or equipped with an anti-collision bracelet.
We develop this tool for our client: the DAP (Direction of Penitentiary Administration) which reports to the French Ministry of Justice.
The team consists of 7 people, all based in our Lyon office.IMPORTANT: All project staff must have nationality from one of the countries belonging to the European Union (for example: a UK citizen cannot work on the project).The contextYou will be part of an important technical pole, a real internal expertise center of Worldline, and you will integrate a dynamic team on a human scale (7 persons).
You will participate in a national program, integrating a DEVOPS oriented organization and a state-of-the-art project in terms of production quality.Your main missions?Manage the quality of the service provided and maintain customer satisfaction.Collaborate and coordinate projects with the technical teams (infrastructure engineers, systems, networks, computer room).Participate in the improvement of the production process.Ensure the best availability rate of our infrastructure by relying on our monitoring solution.Participate in the continuous improvement of the service and the industrialization of our processes.Manage and monitor all systems installed within our infrastructure.Ensure the N2 and N3 support in case of incident.Be attentive to customer requests/needs and intervene with reactivity to operate the ordered build or run sites.Who are you?Graduated from an engineering school in computer science or an IT university, you have the basics of platform administration (SSH, Linux CentOS/RedHat OS), Bash/Shell technologies, IaaS, Cloud, Virtualization, CDN, security (firewall, vulnerabilities/obsolescence, patch management), and network (SSL certificates, domains & DNS).You will find yourself in the following areas:Customer relations and effective communication.Rigor and dynamism.Methodology.Animator, driving force and initiative.Spirit of synthesis.Reporting / alerting.You are curious and interested in broadening your field of competence.French language: Preferred but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
