Role: DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure) Type: Fulltime Permanent (Onsite/Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and cost of our cloud services.
Automation and Configuration Management: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC).
Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or AWS CodePipeline.
System Monitoring and Incident Management: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Respond to and resolve infrastructure incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data encryption.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, QA, and AI teams to support their infrastructure needs.
Provide guidance and support for infrastructure-related issues and projects.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
and cloud architecture.
Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other cloud providers (GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and workflows.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
