To do so, we utilise several web apps: A travel platform, a small CRM, a reporting tool, a tool for travel proposals, etc.As our DevOps Engineer, you will evolve and maintain our infrastructure that consists of many virtual servers and container clusters, and a few managed databases. Additional responsibilities are as follows:Be responsible for the CI/CD processDecide on the update or renewal of the architectureTake part in the software cycle with the rest of the development teamEnsure the systems are securitizedReport to the CTO of the LabWhat we are looking for...The candidate should have a passion for automation and optimization.Ideate and contribute to projects that increase overall efficiency/performance of the engineering team.Bring expertise on troubleshooting application, database, and networking performance and failures.Continually identify areas for process improvement in the production environment and develop appropriate resolutions.Experience with Cloud providers (DigitalOcean, Azure, AWS, GCP, OVH).Proficient with the command line, shell/Python scripting, and configuring systems monitoring tools.Experience with tools such as Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.Experience with configuration management, monitoring, and automation tools.Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.Experience building CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of security principles.Spoken and/or written English (French is a plus).Contract type: Initial 12 month contract (with possibility to extend)Location: Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona (or remote from Spain)Who we are...Since our beginning, our vision has always been to open up the world for those who want to see.As a global travel retailer, our people come from all different backgrounds, and our connections spread to the far reaches of the globe.
