Development Operations Assistant

As a Development Operations Assistant at Open iT, you will play a vital role in driving and ensuring the continuous progress of various projects and activities. You will also serve as a key support to teams by facilitating meetings, coordinating activities, and managing operational needs. Your work will align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring efficient execution and successful completion within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively monitor the progress of projects and tasks, ensuring timely execution and completion. Assist in facilitating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are assigned and tracked. Serve as a point of coordination across teams and other departments to support various activities. Work closely with Development managers and key people to ensure deadlines are met and any roadblocks are addressed. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and other related duties to maintain a smooth workflow. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Diligent and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams. High attention to detail, with a proactive and independent work ethic. Previous experience in administrative roles, task coordination, or project management. Preferred Qualifications: Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
