We work with worldwide leader operators, placing Sportradar SportsBetting service at the forefront of the gaming industry technology firms, providing enjoyment to millions of sports fans through our technology and services, doing "the source code of sport".Our unit encompasses diverse teams and squads that ensure our infrastructure and platform's quality, availability, scalability, and security. The infrastructure serves as the backbone for our customers and empowers our product teams to deliver top-tier platform services.THE ROLE:The purpose of the BI Technical Lead role is to manage, align and order the data/reporting / analytic requirements against the business priorities while coordinating the development of these requirements with the BI team and overseeing the implementation of solutions. Accountable for team delivery you will serve as a leader to improve productivity and predictability and nurture our culture of collaboration, communication, and coordination between and within teams.Prior to taking on engineering leadership, you likely were a senior software engineer with a comprehensive understanding of complex systems that you were a vital part of developing & launching over the years.Your experience has given you the perspective to help other engineers prioritise their tasks, shape their career decisions, and face tricky challenges. We are also expecting you to keep up to date with engineering best practices, making you better equipped when helping your employees decide what competencies they want to develop.We are product-oriented engineers with a growth mindset
