Developer Productivity Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a Developer Productivity Engineer aiming to become part of an international Product SWE organization.

Complete tasks more quickly.Maintain high-quality code.Reduce the time it takes to deliver software products and updates.In details... Provide product development internal tooling and technical processes.Manage Jenkins CI system used company-wide for both product/project-specific development.Manage the product release process.Manage GitLAB hosting (SaaS) used for code hosting and collaboration.Manage the Issue tracker used for product development.Manage/run several internal production and/or testing servers (Ubuntu LTS on AWS).The professional we are seeking: MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications.2+ years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins).2+ years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar).Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2, Git.Experience with scripting (bash, python) is a plus.Experience with Ansible is a plus.Experience managing GitLab is a plus.Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus.Experience in designing technical solutions in coordination with other teams/departments.Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must.Analytical thinking & detail-oriented.Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
