Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:Maintains computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and conducting face-to-face/onsite support.Administration and internal support of personal computers, printers, servers, and related equipment.Sets and loads computer equipment with required items and prepares it for operation.Maintains daily performance of computer systems.Responds to queries either in person or over the phone.Follows up with customers/clients to ensure issues have been resolved.Installs, tests, and configures new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.Conducts inventory and asset management.Participates in assigned projects related to asset management, preventive maintenance, deployment, and migration activities.Job Qualifications:Graduate of a 4-year IT-related course.Ability to quickly adapt to immediate operational changes.Good communication skills.Amenable to work in multiple locations: Quezon City, Malabon, Eastwood, Novaliches, and Ortigas.Willingness to work a shifting schedule.Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsBenefits:Company eventsOpportunities for promotionSchedule:Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payApplication Questions:Are you willing to work a shifting schedule?Are you willing to work in different areas in Bukidnon?Education:Bachelor's (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
