The Role As our DesignOps Manager, you'll streamline design processes, manage resources efficiently, and support the team in delivering high-quality work.

Monitor Performance: Track key metrics to identify and address improvement areas.
Collaborate: Align design work with development, marketing, and product teams.
Support Team: Provide training, onboarding, and professional development.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality through design reviews, usability testing, and checks on digital projects.
Must-Haves Proven Experience: Experience as a DesignOps Manager or similar role within a global team.
Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of design operations, resource management, and process optimization.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire and motivate teams.
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Graphics, UI/UX, 3D, Video Production).
