We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Design & Technical department as a Specialist. This role is integral to our extensive pipeline of projects throughout Europe. As a Design & Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution and handover of multiple design hotel projects, both existing and new buildings, ensuring adherence to RHG standards across all properties.
Reporting to the Area Senior Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects through RHG approval processes, ensuring compliance with design guidelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include project management from inception to handover, maintaining brand standards, providing technical support for renovations, coordinating feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline projects from start to handover, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Act as the guardian of "Look and Feel" design, ensuring brand standards are met.
Apply technical expertise to decision-making, considering contractual and legal obligations.
Provide technical support for hotel renovations and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the Area Engineer on MEP progress and procurement strategy.
Prepare project reports and drive initiatives to achieve Area and Hotel targets.
Coordinate approvals from internal stakeholders and owner's representatives.
Support the pre-opening phase to ensure technical readiness for hotel operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
National academic qualifications in Architectural or Engineering Degree.
1-2 years of experience in large project management as an architect/engineer or project manager.
Excellent written and spoken English and German are essential.
Certified architectural or technical degree.
Must be available for travel within Europe.
