Ironhack's global marketing team is looking for a Design Intern who's creative, reliable, and excited to bring fresh ideas to life.
If you know your way around Figma and can craft videos for social media, we want to hear from you!
#Responsibilities Generate impactful ideas – brainstorm and pitch dynamic ad concepts for LinkedIn and Instagram, with a focus on creativity and engagement.
Edit high-impact videos – create and refine short videos and animations for both paid and organic campaigns, using techniques to boost viewer retention Design engaging assets – develop on-brand visuals for ads and web, including images, animated GIFs, and optimized video content.
Explore the intersection of Design and Marketing – get hands-on experience in how great design elevates marketing success, contributing to team goals and audience engagement.
Collaborate across teams – work closely with paid media and content teams, gaining insights from diverse marketing perspectives.
#Must have: Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution.
Basic knowledge inkey design tools – experience with CapCut (or similar), Canva, and Figma; familiarity with additional tools is a plus.
Creative video skills – skilled in creating attention-grabbing videos for ads, social media, and the web.
Eye for design trends – strong sense of current design trends and their role in enhancing audience retention and engagement.
#Nice to Have: Collaborative experience – experience working with others in team settings, such as university projects or internships.
Solid portfolio – showcase of your best video and image editing work to highlight your creative range.
Basic office tool skills – familiarity with online tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar, Google Sheets).
Understanding of landing page design – experience or interest in designing and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
