As Design Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
Build the design system for the hospitality industry, influencing how technology supports and delights millions of people worldwide.Work at the intersection of design, technology, and strategy.Shape the future of a product that touches lives across the hospitality sector.Be part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and ambitious company culture. Who are you?Proven expertise in design systems: You've built or scaled complex systems, deeply understand design tokens, and know Figma inside-out.Exceptional communication skills: You're a natural storyteller who excels at stakeholder management and relationship building.A passion for mentorship and growth: You find joy in helping others develop their skills and succeed.Technical fluency: You understand code, can review it, and tackle technical debt collaboratively with engineering teams.Empathy-driven leadership: You stay calm and focused under pressure, supporting your team through challenges while keeping their well-being in mind.You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:Minimum 5+ years of experience working with design systems at scale.Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools.Proven track record of reimagining and scaling design systems.Experience leading and mentoring design teams.Strong understanding of component architecture and token management.Background in creating flexible, pattern-based design systems.Ability to balance creative freedom with systematic constraints.Strong technical background with the ability to review and understand code.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Fluent in English.Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
