Design Lead - Ibiza - Agency - 2/3 Months Based In Ibiza - Immediate Start

Job Title: Head of DesignImmediate StartLocation: Ibiza (Seasonal: 3-5 months per year)This role will be based in Ibiza - August to October. You will then return to the UK and sponsorship options will be discussed.We are working with a fast-growing digital, social, and content agency with a dual presence in the vibrant heart of Ibiza during the season and the opportunity to work wherever you would like throughout the rest of the year. This could appeal to people who like to remain "on island" or people preferring to work in the UK or elsewhere. We are seeking a visionary Design Lead to drive the small but talented design team forward and oversee all creative endeavours for campaigns across multiple businesses.You will be working alongside the ECD who promotes fun, bold, out-of-the-box creativity. You should have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and it is crucial that you are still actively working in a hands-on designer capacity with all the necessary digital and social design skills too. The role will have lots of opportunities for conceptual thinking, but it is not a purely creative position.You will also need to have experience leading a design team and nurturing creative talent. Onboarding and growing new design whizzes will be part of the role, and you should love the team development aspect of leading.This is an opportunity to work across aspirational travel, lifestyle, luxury hotel/bar/nightlife clients. Your portfolio will be creative, bold, experiential, and have wow factor.If you are passionate about creativity, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in a senior hands-on creative role, preferably within an agency setting.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring creative teams.Creative Vision: Exceptional conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.EU Passport: Must hold an EU passport and be willing to be located in Ibiza during the season.Immediate Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
