QORVO is looking for a RF Engineer in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities Development of RF acoustic BAW/SAW filters in the range of up to 6 GHz for 4G/5G applicationsApplying RF co-design techniques considering other RF components like PAs, LNAs, and switchesIntegration into RF front end modules in close cooperation with larger product design teamsAcoustic and electromagnetic (EM) simulations and optimizationsDevice characterization and diagnostics using the latest state of the art in RF test equipmentCollaboration with an international team at multiple locationsRequired Qualification MS in Electrical Engineering with focus on RFBackground in standard RF design techniques, RF measurements, and characterizationExperience with HFSS, AWR, ADS, or similar toolsUnderstanding of microelectronic fabrication and high-volume manufacturing is a plusCommunication and presentation skillsBe able to work independently, but also in larger teamsWe are Qorvo.
