Your Responsibilities: You are excited by the challenge of developing embedded software with the highest demands on safety and security in C/C++ on multiprocessor systems. At the same time, you value modern software development. You will specify, implement, and test software for safety components for industrial automation, with a particular focus on EtherCAT. You are responsible for integrating communication stacks from the field of Industrial Ethernet/Functional Safety, specifically emphasizing EtherCAT. Your Qualifications: You have a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification. Additionally, you have several years of professional experience in software development for embedded systems in C/C++. Throughout your career, you have developed software for networking in automation technology and acquired in-depth knowledge of protocols, especially EtherCAT. Ideally, you have already developed processes according to the requirements of IEC 61508 or ISO 26262. You possess team spirit and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
