Deputy Legal Counsel / Compliance Officer

Responsibilities: Acts as the Deputy of the Legal Counsel.Handles the preparation and filing of all cases, whether criminal or civil pertaining to any unit or company belonging to the LausGroup.Examines all legal documents prepared by any officer with the primary objective of determining correctness and completeness of each document.Reviews and evaluates all contracts and memoranda of agreement before any authorized signatory is asked to sign.Prepares contracts, memoranda of agreement and board resolutions whenever necessary.Reviews accounts for litigation.Handles foreclosure proceedings in appropriate cases.Represents the company for any legal matters (e.g. BIR, CTA, SEC, DOLE, NLRC etc.).Renders professional written and oral legal advice on matters that may affect the company.Job Specifications: Member of the Philippine BarAbility to present oral material, & communicate in writing, in a fluent and logical manner.Ability to provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues.At least 3 years of relevant working experience.Preferably possesses a valid non-professional driver's license.Job Type / Category: Automotive IndustryFull-TimeBenefits: Additional leaveCompany carCompany eventsEmployee discountFree parkingFuel discountHealth insuranceLife insuranceOn-site parkingOpportunities for promotionPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule: Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay: 13th month salaryPerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate: San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)Philippine BAR license (Preferred)
