This is a permanent position commencing in April 2024.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide leadership and guidance to the Heads of Primary, Secondary and the Director of Studies.Continually develop and maintain the school self evaluation documents and processes for both self-improvement and inspection.Coordinate the formulation and development of the school's aims and objectivesTo establish policies and procedures to achieve the school's aims and objectivesTo allocate staff resources to enable the school to achieve its aims and objectivesOversee the effective implementation of the quality assurance frameworkDevelop and implement the school's appraisal processesImplement whole school procedures for the accurate collection, analysis and communication of student progress and attainmentIdentify staffing needs and run recruitment processes to fill themTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Have experience of successful leadership and management at a senior level in first-rate schools, ideally across the UK and internationally.Have held various and extensive management and teaching roles in British National Curriculum schools, both in the UK and internationally.Possess excellent knowledge of IGCSE and good knowledge of the entire British National Curriculum, inclusive of KS5.Have experience of line managing members of staff who line manage others in turnUnderstand high quality teaching and the ability to model this for others and to support others to improveHave the ability to communicate, where required, in written and spoken Spanish to stakeholders who are unable to communicate in EnglishUnderstand school finances and financial managementBe an effective communicator with all school stakeholdersBe able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively displaying flexibility where appropriateBe able to delegate areas of responsibility with an awareness of how this will develop others in the teamSAFEGUARDING STATEMENT- Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
