Consider your next career step as Deputy General Manager in our 4* Hotel in Menorca (Islas Baleares) Aula Illa de Menorca. Your main mission will be: to report to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of this 4* Alua Illa de Menorca Hotel and support the rest of the complex in S´Algar (Apartments / Adults Only Hotel) together with the General Managers.
Your Main Functions Will Be: Coordination, supervision, and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel.Supporting the General Manager to lead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality, and productive processes and workflow.Ensure proper implementation of Hyatt procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.What you will love about us!

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Deputy General Manager positions.Knowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.Experience in Events.Ability to work autonomously.Operational focus, problem-solving skills to manage the challenges of the area, calmness, and social/teamwork to be close to the team and properties.Functional knowledge of all department operations.High level of Spanish and English is mandatory - verbal and written.Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.Able to reside in the Island of Menorca, Spain.
