What would you do? Guide clients through the implementation process until they are fully live with our solution.
Plan, execute, and finalize implementation projects with our clients.
Coordinate with various internal teams to manage and deliver project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.Prepare and present weekly progress reports, including status reports, risk analysis, and technical documentation.Follow up with clients to ensure the adoption of new functionalities.Deliver presentations both internally and externally to communicate progress and strategies.
Persuade and convince clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Provide clear and concise briefs to Project Managers (PMs) and work closely with solution teams.
Organize and participate in weekly touchpoints with clients.
Manage escalations of issues and problems from the client.
Your experience has been shaped by Proven experience managing projects.
Previous experience designing and executing projects with clients.
Experience guiding clients through implementation processes.
Experience in managing e-commerce and/or logistics projects (desirable).
Your SuperPowers Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service abilities.
Strong knowledge of project management.
Ability to learn quickly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Native Spanish and English is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Authorized to work in Spain and available to work at our Barcelona office.
