Your missions If you share our ambition and feel ready to fulfill our strong commitments, join the PMO team: you will report directly to Victor, the Operations Director.
As part of the Operations team, which is responsible for structuring, developing, and supervising projects financed by third-party investments, you will be responsible for managing and deploying charging stations from the moment a business opportunity is identified until the operational phase.
You will also be responsible for managing DRIVECO's contractual commitments with third-party investors and lessors during deployment.
Your main missions
Manage the deployment of electric charging station projects
Frame and launch the project with the owners and DRIVECO's internal teams, in particular by organizing, communicating, and explaining the project's milestones, DRIVECO's contractual commitments, and each party's responsibilities regarding these milestones.
Coordinate the project and all its interfaces to bring it to completion on time and within budget. In particular, coordinate DRIVECO teams and consultants/subcontractors for the review and validation of installation plans, preparation and submission of administrative documents to obtain all authorizations and permits.
Ensure financial management and reporting of the projects: monitor costs against the business plan and oversee DRIVECO's margin against the business plan.
Establish and maintain dashboards that reflect the status of the projects.
Analyze and manage contractual risks (leases, financing, and operational contracts).
Assist DRIVECO teams in preparing and managing subcontracts.
Availability to travel to monitor various deployment projects for subsequent reporting.
Contractual and Commercial Negotiations
Facilitate feedback from deployments to sales and operations teams.
Participate in negotiations for third-party investment charging station installation projects as a deployment expert.
Manage the commercial and contractual relationship during the deployment phase, as well as any necessary negotiations.
Relationships with Shareholders and Investors
Ensure periodic and standardized reporting on project progress and financing needs.

Hard Skills Up to 4 years of experience in the development of infrastructure projects, urban planning, or renewable energies and an understanding of basic business plan concepts.
Knowledge of Spanish regulations for infrastructure and construction projects or charging station development will be positively valued.
Knowledge of the contractual, legal, and commercial aspects of contracts and projects.
Proficiency in planning tools (Excel, Autocad, Microsoft Project, SiteTracker, Google Sheets).
Proficiency in office tools (MS Office suite and Google suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Spanish/English mandatory, French is a very strong plus.
