Directly reporting to the Store Director and to the Deputy Store Manager of our Boutique of Barcelona Paseo, the Department Manager will have a key role on his product category and be responsible for motivating the team to maximize profitable sales whilst ensuring all KPIs and delivering Dior class customer service.Being the owner of the category of product assigned, he constantly seeks to improve the category business by developing and implementing innovative initiatives and action plans.He provides "Manager on Duty" coverage and helps to develop a collaborative and positive working relationship with the wider management.He will receive advanced training by HQ and participate in punctual seminars.Missions Description:TEAM MANAGEMENT:Managing the staff with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, overseeing coaching the team, developing talents daily, and evaluating performance of sales team members.Leading the department team through briefing, goal setting, training on the product category, and feedback sharing.Creating a team spirit whilst managing, motivating, and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.Leading by example in demonstrating role model behavior.SALES CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:Maximizing sales results as well as various performance indicators on the product categories.Stimulating sales results based on a very good knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion, attracting and managing solid relationships with customers.Managing a portfolio of local and international clients, possessing excellent interpersonal skills to create long-term relationships based on trust and good communication.Tracking, monitoring, and communicating sales targets and KPIs.Being a Dior Ambassador for both customers and the store team, with a strong understanding of the brand DNA.PRODUCT SUPERVISION:Coordinating and monitoring the product category performances through analysis and reports in agreement with the Retail Merchandiser to ensure an appropriate action plan to develop the business category.Training the team concerning the knowledge and development of the products and keeping the team up to date with market trends and business objectives.Being involved in purchasing and restocking in connection with the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Manager on his or her categories.Supervising stock management on his or her categories, organization (including inventory), and maximization.PROCEDURE MONITORING:Complying with the Company's charter and overall prevailing codes and procedures.Ensuring all company policies and procedures are properly applied, instructing and supervising staff in the correct execution of operating procedures within the shop.An experience of minimum 5 years in Retail team management in the Luxury sector is required.Goal-oriented mindsetLeadershipProblem-solving capabilityExcellent communication skillsAnalytical skillsGood stress management and ability to work under pressureTeamworkingEmotional intelligenceExcellent time management and capability of prioritizingDynamism and flexibilityMentoring and coaching attitudeThe company Christian Dior Couture is committed to the respect of the privacy of each of its Talent.
