About the Job We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual to support our expansion into Spain.
The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison serving our Spanish dental customers, ensuring a seamless adoption and usage of our software.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish dental clinics, providing training and guidance on our cloud-based software.
Conduct customer onboarding sessions and offer ongoing support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage diverse tasks, including customer onboarding, support, training, and contributing to the continuous development of new features for Spanish clinics.
Travel extensively across Spain to engage with dental professionals and clinics.
Qualifications Native-level Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
Strong verbal and written skills in English.
Experience as a clinic manager, dental hygienist, or familiarity with dental journal systems is preferred.
Experienced user of patient management systems (e.G., Gesden).
Digitally savvy and familiar with cloud-based software solutions.
Highly adaptable, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
