.As Supply & Demand Analyst, you will be joining an experienced team, where you will gain immense local and regional supply chain knowledge, with continuous and dynamic contact with several Novartis sites, Basel Hub, and local areas.
You'll ensure a good level of inventories and stock-out minimization by proper follow-up with CPO related teams, sites, and global teams.
Ensure artworks creation/changes are implemented in a timely manner without stock-out risks or inventory excess.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensure product is on time at CPO level and avoid supply disruptions.Manage any step within the production plant until the product reaches CPO, to follow release (QA + customs) and put the product into the market.Maintain a good inventory level in CPO (coverage adherence) by following the best replenishment planning practices.Manage shortage situations with appropriate communication and transparency to the distribution team and work together using global supply chain tools to report them and speed up production/delivery.Fulfill launch, change, or mock-up requests with supply chain planning information received from RA due to new artwork creation or change within the required timelines.Ensure SLC/changes are implemented soonest without WO impact.Track SLC in the related global tool.Manage daily Idocs related to error processing between global and the CPO.If applicable, participate in product life cycle meetings to ensure good levels of inventories when required.What you'll bring to the role:Previous work experience within an ERP environment.Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English and Spanish.Strong customer orientation.Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.Ability to work to deadlines.Team working and cross-functional working.Ability to work autonomously.You'll receive: Competitive salary, annual bonus, pension scheme, health insurance, flexible working arrangements, subsidized dining facilities, employee recognition scheme.Why consider Novartis?
