Job MissionThis role has responsibilities for the daily management of the demand of the references under their responsibility, to ensure that the established service level is met.
Specific ActivitiesManage and plan demands of a certain group of brands.Plan production of RB products done by copackers for the Iberia business, doing the follow-up of their transport.Track production done by RB's factories.Represent the Iberian Commercial Team in the group External Manufacturing.
Carry out stock transfers among the group's commercials.Validate provider invoices related to copackers transport.Work on KPIs reports quarterly to deliver reports to CHQ (pack fill rate, order fill rate, forecast accuracy).Support the documentation needed to prepare KPIs of stock outs and foreseen problems related to demand.RequirementsTo be enrolled, or to have recently graduated from University studies - Business Administration (ADE) or Industrial Engineering (Ingeniería Industrial o de Organización Industrial) and available for a full-time internship (40h/week).
Fluency in English is mandatory.
User of MS Office, Pptx, and Excel.
ExperienceSome experience/exposure to a logistics environment would be a plus.
