Key roles and responsibilitiesYou will report to the Head of Supply Chain and help with the day-to-day management of the end to end supply of product ranges.
You'll be liaising with Buyers, Logistics, and Operations to ensure a smooth demand profile on a daily basis.
Manage the demand and supply planning of your category.Create strong and lasting relationships with external suppliers and the buyers.Act like the company is yours!
Bring your humanity to work and go beyond your initial responsibilities.Manage order proposals produced by the Getir forecasting and replenishment system.Ensure orders are raised to suppliers in a timely manner.Monitor purchases and the intake of stock to maximise availability and control stock levels.Solve problems creatively.

Disregard the box entirely!Keep track of slow-moving and obsolete stock.Reduce stock loss to ensure stock is moved in the most cost-efficient manner at all times.Ensure KPI targets are achieved i.e.
Forecast Accuracy, Availability, and stock/inventory days.Working with the Logistics and Operational teams: Manage and optimise the amount of stock for promotional or seasonal trends.Forecast DC and depot space requirements and identify potential capacity risk.Design and implement the inventory management processes and manage inventory forecasting.Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement.Provide information of the current stock position and forward planning.Provide reports and analysis to the Supply Chain team and other stakeholders on order management and product flow.Develop and continuously review the supplier returns policy with the buyers.Ensure adherence to all legal requirements including food standards in your area of responsibility.Requirements:Ideally, you have:
Worked in FMCG sector or have experience with inventory that has perishable goods.Around 5 years of experience.The ability to analyse data effectively and with great attention to detail.Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).A good sense of humour.
Fun is treated very seriously at Getir!Understanding of forecasting and replenishment systems.A good understanding of associated Key Performance Indicators e.g.
forecast accuracy, availability, and stock/inventory days.A strong awareness of supply chain performance and targets.Experience in the food industry, preferably within a temperature-controlled environment.Knowledge of inventory management processes.The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seeks out solutions and opportunities to improve.Superb organisation skills.
You're process-driven, great at solving problems and making decisions.Speed and efficiency in all tasks to support the team (speed is our currency at Getir).Teamwork and strong communication skills.
