Job Description: Manager, Demand Planning & Delivery

Your journey ahead: You will be working with multiple location teams around Europe, reporting to the Fulfillment and Delivery Director. You will be responsible for vivo's European customer project delivery at the pan-European level, and also communicate customer requirements to our production line, planning, and forecast team in China.
Your Challenges: Forecast product share and sales opportunities in Austria, Czech, and Hungary by following up the dynamics of the mobile phone market and combining with market insights in these 3 countries.Comply with the operation mechanism of demand planning and ensure implementation, including collecting and reviewing demand planning with vivo's agent team, organizing decision meetings with DRI, and monitoring the delivery process.Manage supply capacity to balance with demand planning via organizing supply meetings to promote delivery schedules, while improving supply capacity visualization.Manage stocks and disposal of risks involved to optimize turnover performance.Monitor KPI and efficiency such as forecast accuracy rate and DOS index, taking necessary measures to achieve the target.Other projects that support planning optimization, SKU management to promote unification, 1st Supply to support new product launches and GTM strategy, and operation mechanism optimization for better cooperation among agent, EU HQ & CN HQ.Your profile includes: 2+ years of experience in market planning and/or demand planning and/or sales operation planning. Last job in the mobile phone industry is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Logistics, PM, marketing, or a related field.Advanced Excel skills - VBA coding for macros is a plus.Strong database management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset – ability to sift through large data buckets for presentation and numerical analysis.English & Chinese as working languages.What we offer?
